Return Policy


60 Day Return:  Shop-Vacs offers a generous 60 day return policy on all store purchases. The term of the policy begins with the date of shipment and extends 60 consecutive days. Please refer to to the Preparation for Return section of this policy for the proper way to ship your product. Damaged products due to improper shipping will not be refunded.


No Questions Asked:  Your purchase may be returned for any reason within 60 days. This ensures your full satisfaction and confidence with your wet/dry vacuum or accessory purchase from Shop-Vacs. Refunds will be credited back to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.


 Return of Merchandise:  Please contact customer support for Return Authorization at: 1-866-927-4327.  Shop-Vacs generously offers free shipping on returned items.  Even if your order didnít qualify for free shipping when placed, if you need to return the item(s) for any reason, weíll pay for you to ship them back to us.  In some situations we may provide you with a shipping label and youíll be required to drop it off at your local UPS drop-off location. 


Restocking Fees:  All unopened returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee within the 60 day return period.  Open package items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee within the 60 day return period.  See Returned Merchandise Condition section of this policy for specific requirements on open package items.


Returned Merchandise Condition:  All returned merchandise must include original box, packaging materials, manuals, accessories, etc. Any items not returned will be billed full retail value. Merchandise must be returned in near new condition (normal signs of use are acceptable). Damaged or abused merchandise may be refused for credit and will be returned to the customer at their shipping expense.


Preparation for Return:  It is the customerís responsibility to package merchandise in original packaging for safe transport. Returns will be refused without the original box and packing material.


  1. Please be sure to properly clean the product prior to packaging if used,
  2. Make sure all items including bags, filters or other accessories are included with your return. The full retail value of any missing accessories will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Insure your package for its current retail value and save your receipt. Shop-Vacs is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
